Refund policy

  • Shortages and discrepancies must be made within five (5) business days after delivery.
  • There are NO restock fees charged to our customers.
  • A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of the date that we receive and inspect the return.
  • A return can be initiated via phone at 1.937.545.7681 or by emailing info@artnsoul-maison.com – your choice.
  • After a return has been issued it is valid for 30 days. 
  • Any returns not received at our location within 30 days are void.

 

How do I initiate a return to Art & Soul - Maison?

All returns must be assigned a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in advance - obtained by calling 1.937.545.7681 or by emailing info@artnsoul-maison.com. You will receive a RMA, along with a prepaid shipping label and instructions - to speed the return. Simply affix the return label to the package and drop it at specified carrier – we will handle the rest! 

*Any goods returned without authorization will go back into stock, but will NOT be refunded unless you contact Art & Soul - Maison within 60 days of return.

Please note, Art & Soul - Maison is not responsible for return freight on oversize items.

What is a Return Authorization number?

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a tracking number assigned specifically to your return and is used for internal tracking purposes. 

How do you calculate my credit?

Art & Soul - Maison will issue a credit for the full price of the part purchased, less:

  • The original outbound freight charge cost incurred by Art & Soul - Maison (if Art & Soul - Maison paid the freight on the initial order)
  • No other hidden fees or charges

What if the error was made by me (e.g. ordered wrong size etc.)

If you purchased the wrong piece, and it arrives at your location undamaged, Art & Soul - Maison will credit you the full amount of the price paid for the piece. You will be responsible for return freight and any additional fees incurred in the shipping process.

What if the error was made by Art & Soul - Maison (e.g. wrong image style delivered etc.)?

If the error was made by Art & Soul - Maison or our supplier / partner, we will credit the full amount of the order (part price + Tax + any freight / Handling) paid by you. We will also provide the prepaid return label free of charge.

Are there limitations on items that can be returned?

Special order items are non-returnable, but most other items may be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving their part. All sales are final after 30 days. The product must be new, in salable condition and in the original packaging. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer's expense. 

How soon can I expect my refund for my returned part?

Your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of the date that we receive and inspect the return. Once issued, a refund can take 48-72 business hours to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once processed. Please direct inquiries about the status of your refund to our accounting department at 1.937.545.7681. Your credit will be issued against the original purchase method (e.g. credit card, PayPal account, etc.) which was provided to us at the time you placed the order.

What if my return is extra large – such as a pallet of product?
